We work under a solid methodology that, testing and verifying every little detail throughout the process, allows us to develop durable, efficient and quality products, adapting to the needs of each product and client.
First of all, the customer gives us the functional requirements and we collect the technical specifications according to the needs of the project based on:
In case that the client does not know them, we will take care of searching them.
We analyze the information and specifications obtained and propose the best solution for each case.
We also analyze the economic aspects to adjust our solution to the customer’s budget.
We design the solution using computer programs that allow us to reliably approach a real result. Aspects such as the electromagnetic and the mechanics of the motor to be designed are calculated through FEM.
Following the results of the calculations carried out, we manufacture a first prototype adjusted to the maximum to the final product and ready to carry out the first tests.
We have a complete test bench that simulates real trips in an elevator with a capacity of up to 5,000 newtons. In this way we can verify if the design generated through the simulation of the FEM calculations responds to reality and we can adjust the deviation of the design. In house we verify voltage, compression, heating, braking...
We apply current normative in the manufacture of all our engines and in every part they use.
We present the prototype to the client and together we confirm that it meets the initial needs, even improving the requested requirements through more efficient engines.
Once the initial prototype is approved, we move on to the production phase. Depending on the quantity to be manufactured, we will do it at our headquarters in Europe or Asia.
Throughout the manufacturing process we have specific procedures for testing and reviewing the quality of each part, verifying and certifying each step.
In a final phase, the product is personalized and adapted to each client.
We test each motor one by one before it is delivered to the client and we have absolute control of each part and behavior of the motor, being able to use this information for future needs.
Our intervention does not end with the delivery of the motor. We accompany the client in case of any need for training or advice for the installation of our motors.
